Rolando Hinojosa-Smith, a long-time professor of Spanish, English, and Creative Writing at the University of Texas at Austin, passed away on April 19 in Austin, Texas.

Dr. Louis Mackey is gone.
And Dr. Hinojosa - many of those 80s greats are just gone.
Such a good man! I attended his memorial gathering in Austin. I am so proud that and he gave me his biscuit recipe, in the 80's!
